Drop-In Childcare – Terms & Conditions (Refund Policy)

No-Show Policy:
Failure to attend a scheduled drop-in session without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 1 business day prior to the scheduled service to be eligible for a refund.

Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 1 business day in advance are non-refundable.

Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original method of payment.

Emergency Considerations:
Exceptions may be considered at management’s discretion in the event of documented emergencies.
